Overview of Our Work Process

1. Job Notifications:

When we receive a job in your area that we cannot service, I’ll send you a text message like this:

2. Job Acceptance:

If your company can accept the job, simply reply with "Yes" or "We can take it" or something similar
If the job’s date or time does not align with your schedule, I can usually adjust the client’s schedule to match yours.

3. Billing Policy:

There are no charges for canceled jobs or customers refusal to pay service fees
You will be charging customers directly for your service fees, parts and labor
We will bill you only for the jobs we schedule and you've accepted, jobs you have performed and collected fees for.

4. Service Fees:

$55 for regular brands
$75 for high-end brands and refrigerators & ice machines

High-End Brands:

All commercial appliances and refrigerators & ice machines
Viking, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador
Dacor, Frigidaire Gallery, Gaggenau, GE Monogram
JennAir, KitchenAid, Miele Master/Pro

5. Commitment

We operate with no contracts or long-term commitments.
